By accessing our website, booking a coaching session, or engaging in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

2. Nature of Coaching Services

Clarity Coaching offers personal coaching services designed to support your growth, clarity, and self-leadership. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any psychological or medical condition.If you are currently under medical or psychiatric care, please consult with your healthcare provider before beginning coaching.

 

3. Eligibility

 

Clients must be 18 years or older to access our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

 

4. Booking, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

 

Booking:

Sessions are booked via our website or an approved scheduling platform

Payments:

All services must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

 

Cancellations:

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice.  Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited or charged in full.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Packages may have a partial refund policy depending on usage, minus administrative fees

All coaching conversations are confidential unless:

- Required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others)

- You give written consent for information to be sharedYou share session details in public settings (e.g. testimonials)

6. Results Disclaimer

 

While coaching can be transformative, results vary by individual effort, timing, and readiness. We do not guarantee any specific outcome and are not responsible for decisions or actions you take based on coaching sessions.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, in sessions, and in course materials is the property of Clarity Coaching unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any materials without written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

 

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for coaching services in the past 6 months.

 

9. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will first be resolved in good faith via dialogue. If unresolved, they may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review this page regularly.
